Introduction to the forging process method of flanges

　　Flange is a common mechanical industrial supplies, flange is also called flange flange disk. Flange is a pipe and pipe interconnection parts, used for the connection between the pipe end; also used in the equipment import and export flange, used for the connection between the two devices. 　　The forging process of necked butt-welding flange is divided into two kinds:

　　One: die forging; that is, the steel raw material in the heating furnace to 1200C, and then into the corresponding specifications of the mold forging molding. 2“-10” (DN50-DN250) need to be the inner hole with a specific punch punch.

　　Second: is free forging. The raw material is heated up to 1200C in the heating furnace, and then the square material is forged into the shape of a round cake, punched, and the punched raw material is reamed to the required size with special equipment (roll bar and horse frame). Suitable for (DN300-DN3000) above specifications.

　　The neck of American Standard Butt Welding Flange and German Standard Butt Welding Flange can be pressed to shape in forging. Pressure vessel butt-welding flanges of class II can also be pressed to produce a neck.
